We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Requirements
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in administrative tasks
Experience in clerical duties
Knowledge of medical office procedures (nice-to-have)
Office management experience (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with Google Suite
Front desk management skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Experience as a personal assistant (nice-to-have)
Proficient in calendar management

Must have tools necessary to perform automotive repairs and diagnosis
Provide superior customer service
Clean driver's license - We do background checks
